特點(diǎn) 本機(jī)由粉碎主機(jī)、旋風(fēng)分離器、脈沖除塵箱及引風(fēng)機(jī)等幾部分組成。物料經(jīng)加料斗進(jìn)入粉碎室，被高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的刀片擊碎而獲得粉碎，粉碎好的物料經(jīng)旋轉(zhuǎn)離心力和引風(fēng)機(jī)的作用，進(jìn)入旋風(fēng)分離室，經(jīng)關(guān)風(fēng)機(jī)后出料，粉塵進(jìn)入脈沖除塵箱，通過過濾筒過濾后回收，粉碎細(xì)度用篩網(wǎng)調(diào)節(jié)。該機(jī)按GMP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計，全部采用不銹鋼材料制造，生產(chǎn)過程無粉塵飛揚(yáng)。 Features The machine consists of crushing unit, cyclone separator, pulse dust precipitator and induced fan. The materials enter the crushing chamber through the feeding hopper, and then are crushed by the high-speed rotating blade. The crushed materials then enter the cyclone separator under the action of rotating centrifugal force and induced fan. Through the rotary valve, the dust enters the pulse dust precipitator to be recovered after the filtration of filter cartridge. The crushing fineness is regulated by the mesh screen.
